• Premium Bath: Your dog will be bathed with only the finest, high-quality products designed to cleanse, hydrate, and nourish their coat and skin. We carefully select products that are gentle, yet effective, ensuring your pet’s fur is left soft, shiny, and smelling fresh. We also offer medicated shampoo tailored to address your pet's specific needs.
  
  

• Blow Out: After the bath, we provide a thorough blow-out using professional equipment that ensures a smooth, tangle-free finish. This step helps remove excess moisture, leaving your pet’s coat fluffy and beautifully styled.
  
  

• Brush Out: To ensure a perfectly polished look, we will brush out your pet’s coat, removing any mats or tangles and giving them a silky, smooth finish. This step is ideal for long-haired dogs or those prone to matting. Deshedding is included for pets prone to shedding.
  
  

• Nail Trim: A nail trim is included to keep your dog’s paws healthy and comfortable. Our expert groomers will trim the nails to the optimal length for your pet's comfort and safety.

Our A La Carte services give you the flexibility to choose specific treatments for your pet, allowing you to customize their grooming experience to meet their individual needs without purchasing a Spa Package. These services are also ideal for maintaining your pet's needs between grooming appointments.

Nail Trims:

Regular nail trims are essential for maintaining your pet’s overall health and comfort. Overgrown nails can lead to discomfort, difficulty walking, and potential injury. Additionally, excessively long nails may cause misalignment of your pet’s joints, leading to long-term mobility issues. Keeping nails properly trimmed helps prevent these problems, promotes healthy paw function, and enhances your pet’s well-being.

We provide nail trims for dogs, cats, and some exotic pets. Please contact us for more information regarding exotic pet nail trims.

Ear Cleaning:

Regular ear cleanings are crucial for maintaining your pet’s ear health and preventing infections. Over time, debris, wax, and moisture can accumulate in the ears, leading to discomfort, irritation, and potential ear infections. Keeping your pet’s ears clean helps to prevent these issues, promotes proper airflow, and reduces the risk of more serious health concerns. Routine ear cleaning ensures your pet stays comfortable and free from ear-related health problems.

Brush Out:

Regular brush-outs are essential for long-haired or double-coated breeds to prevent matting and maintain a healthy coat. Without frequent brushing, tangles and mats can form, which can lead to discomfort, skin irritation, and even hair loss. Brushing between appointments helps to remove loose fur, prevent the buildup of knots, and ensures the coat remains smooth and manageable. For double-coated breeds, regular brush-outs also prevent the undercoat from becoming impacted, which can cause overheating and reduce overall comfort. Keeping your pet’s coat well-brushed between grooming sessions promotes their health and appearance.

Nail Polish: $10+

Our pet-safe nail polish offers a fun and stylish way to add color to your dog's nails while ensuring their safety and well-being. Formulated with non-toxic ingredients, it’s designed to be safe for your pet. Keep in mind, your dog should be comfortable with having their paws touched, as this allows for a smooth and easy application process. With a wide variety of colors and shades to choose from, you can express your pet's personality in a way that’s both safe and fashionable. Enjoy a playful, colorful look for your furry companion that’s both temporary and safe.

Pet Safe Dye: $20+

Our pet-safe dye provides a vibrant and long-lasting way to add a pop of color to your pet’s fur, while ensuring their safety and well-being. Formulated with non-toxic ingredients, it’s designed to be safe for your pet. Keep in mind, your pet should be comfortable with grooming and handling of the area being dyed, as this process requires some care and attention. Dye jobs are not suitable for every pet, so it's important to assess whether your pet is a good candidate. With its long-lasting formula, the color will stay vibrant for an extended period, so be sure you're ready for the commitment before choosing the color.

Potential Additional Fees

The fees listed below may apply depending on specific circumstances, such as the presence of fleas or ticks, mats or an impacted coat, or other factors. These charges help ensure proper care and treatment for your pet, as well as smooth and efficient scheduling. Exceptions may be considered at the provider's discretion.

Excessive Matting/Impaction:

An additional fee may apply for excessive mats or an impacted coat, with the price ranging based on the amount of affected coat. The more severe the matting or impact, the higher the fee, as these conditions require extra time and care to properly groom your pet. This ensures your pet receives the attention needed to maintain their comfort and health.

Fleas/Ticks:

A fee of $20 to $30 will be applied for the treatment of fleas and ticks, depending on the size of your pet. This treatment is mandatory unless health conditions prevent it, ensuring your pet is free from pests and maintaining their comfort and hygiene.

Late Drop-off Fees:

Late fees are charged at a rate of $1 per minute, with a maximum of $20 for any lateness beyond 20 minutes. If a client accumulates three late fees within a 12-month period, services may be permanently denied. Exceptions may be considered based on individual circumstances, at the provider's discretion.

No-Show Fee:

The no-show fee is 100% of the appointment cost. If a client does not show up or is more than 20 minutes late, the appointment will be considered a no-show. Accumulating two no-shows within a 12-month period may result in permanent denial of services. Exceptions may be made based on individual circumstances, at the provider's discretion.

Last Minute Cancellation/Reschedule Fee:

A last-minute reschedule or cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee of $15 per pet. Exceptions may be made based on individual circumstances, at the provider's discretion.

Late Pickup Fee:

A late pickup fee of $20 per hour will be charged if your pet is not picked up within 45 minutes of the pickup message being sent. Exceptions may be made based on individual circumstances, at the provider's discretion.
